Merry Christmas, Captains!
As the year winds down and the holiday lights twinkle across neighborhoods and nav panels alike, I want to take a moment to wish you all a joyful, peaceful, and purpose-filled Christmas.
Whether you’re flying a snowy approach into Innsbruck or cruising over a frosty Midwest landscape, this season reminds us that flight simulation is more than just pixels and performance — it’s about connection. It’s about the stories we build, the lessons we share, and the friendships we forge across virtual skies.
This year, I’ve been especially grateful for:
- The community of simmers who keep the skies alive with creativity and camaraderie
- The developers who continue to push boundaries, even across platforms
- The newcomers who remind us what it felt like to take off for the first time
- And all of you who’ve followed my journey — from around-the-world flights in the Comanche to the daily grind of airline ops in MSFS 2020
As we look ahead to new adventures in 2026, I hope you’ll keep flying with purpose, mentoring with heart, and sharing your stories. Whether you’re sticking with MSFS 2020 or exploring the new horizons of 2024, there’s room in this hangar for everyone.
So from my sim to yours:
Merry Christmas, and may your skies be clear, your landings smooth, and your heart full.
