Have you seen the cryptic message posted on //42’s website? I first heard about the image below on Reddit and based on the fact that //42 released Flow for MSFS 2024 on the 5th of December, I’m hoping Chaseplane might be coming out on the 19th of December. If so, this would be awesome news.
Regarding the PMDG rumors. I’ve also heard that the PMDG Boeing 737-800 is being delayed to allow more time for various texture improvements. Apparently, PMDG is listening to their customer base after many YouTube and Twitch content creators showcased the aircraft on their streams. While the delay (hopefully short) may come as bad news for some, it’s good news that PMDG was paying attention during these preview streams.
Typically when a developer such as PMDG releases the embargo on streaming the aircraft we’re only days away from release. So I’m not sure just how much of a delay these changes will take and whether we’ll see another round of previews….but hopefully we’re still on track for having the PMDG Boeing 737-800 in our virtual hangars before Christmas. As I’ve said many times, the PMDG 737-800 and Chaseplane are my two missing pieces to make the move to MSFS 2024 full-time.
What are your thoughts? Do you think we’ll have both Chaseplane and the PMDG 737-800 before Christmas?
